You did not even specify what kind of application (WPF, Forms, what -- tag it!).

This is not a good question to ask on any forum: The potential for malicious code is immense, given that real money is involved. Instead, you want to talk to your bank directly - since you will ultimately be paying into them, you need to know how they will accept it.

The others to talk to:
PayPal
PayJunction
Braintree

Normally they will provide an API and documentation / technical support.

Also be wary of anyone providing links which purport to be to these companies - check they are genuine before you give details or implement any code!

Also be aware that you personally may be liable for any losses incurred if you act in a "negligent" manner with regard to the security of such information and / or code...
