Actual Requirement:

SharePoint site consists of document library…in that doc. Lib there are n number of documents (Word doc.) with data table (same template or format for all doc.). The table consists of data like user name, id, address, designation, etc… if the owner or user of the site edits any of the data... example-user name like from ABC to ABCD..it has to reflect in all the other docs in that library…it means wherever that user name is used, everything has to be changed. The changes have to be reflected automatically in other documents and also in the database.

Please tell me how to do that. Email removed.

I removed your email for two reasons. 1. Including your email will allow email harvesters to grab it and spam you till the end of time. 2. Emailed replies don't help other people who may have the same problem, whereas someone adding an answer here will.

Its not clear what you are asking for. Are you asking how to change something in every document when a property of the library changes?

Sounds just like a problem statement. What have you tried so far?

@Sandeep Mewara - i am a Java resource, so its new for me to develop code for the task. As of now created doc. lib with three docs. with same data. Also developed a code to read data from updated doc. and replace it on other two docs.....but this will work with two or three doc....i want to do this process for n number of docs. and also have to monitor new uploaded docs.
