I have problem to create discord bot

I have a problem, when trying to create my bot I get an error that I have not seen in any other forum, would someone know why this happens? the command is: npm install discord.js

I tried to re install node, create another carpet, and more, but nothing works

Try:
$ sudo npm cache clean

As the error message says, try reporting the problem at the npm community portal[^].

There's already a relevant looking bug report:
