How to Read/Write in RFID tags Usermemory Bank?

Hi,

I am Using XR-480 and Thingmagic stationary readers for my vehicle tracking application.

I want to update only userdata every time whenever i want and the tagid reamains same.

how to acces the Usermemory bank?
and how to write data on this perticular bank?

I am using "Symbol-Cargo tag" from motorola.
