TLS 1.2 enable in a application

HI,

I have enabled only the TLS 1.2 in database for one of application and when i am trying to open the report and one of the functionality reference into the application it is not working.and showing the below error/exception.

Additional information: CrushCommon.CrushDatabaseConnectionString has not been set

please help me how to set the connection string .

What I have tried:

i am not getting any idea to try here.

What is CrushCommon? Have you checked the documentation to see where the connection string should be set?

based on the error, does not look like a TLS error.
