email box frequent access check any option available to identify any emails reached in the mail id instead of checking the email inbox always in a specific time period.

What I have tried:

i have no idea to try this.I know to how to read mail. but i dont know how to access my inbox when new mail reached

You can't: It used to be possible to check if a message was received by two methods:
1) Requesting a read receipt
2) including an image with a unique ID that you could corelate with the email sent list.

Both no longer work because they were being heavily used by spammers and phishers to identify active email addresses, so the email reader software changed to adapt.
The first was by either ignoring the request or always asking the user if he wanted to send it.
The second was closed by defaulting to not showing non-embedded images at all, so they never get downloaded.

There is no way to identify if a message was received, unless the user responds, either by replying or by visiting a link you provide in the email.
