Hi All

I am facing "406 not acceptable nginx" error when I call send grid api

Sometimes it gives me json response perfect but after 2 3 minute it gives me "406 not acceptable" error

We have been facing this error for 3 months. Please help us.

What I have tried:

I tried all possibilities. I also changed in my code. I also changed the accept header.

this website/service which is intermittent available, is that server under some regular maintenance? Like server updates and reboots? When this issue happens, you sure that server is up and running to return data?

I already update and reboot the server. One more thing I used the same code in another server it works fine.

Our server is put windows auto-update mode

So I do auto-update off and see if there is an error or not.

Possibly yes. That would be simplest way to see. otherwise, check when all the last autoupdate happened and if those were the time when issue occured.
