Wpf C# mediaelement not woriking

i use this sample code Player in C# and WPF
and other sample codes
and i have been written codes before that work perfectlly.
but now media element not playing and do not throw exception too.
i do not know what is wrong with my windows 10.

What I have tried:

i think there is somthing wrong with my windows 10
because all media element sample code do not work and media element that i have been used before not work too

i send message to that site for long time ago but no answer
that sample code is right but not working in my windows 10 i know if i reinstall it will be ok but i want to know what is wrong because somebody else told me he have same problem
it is not reasonable to reinstall windows!

Sorry, but there is nothing we can do to fix some code that you found on the internet. If you do not understand the code, and cannot find the problem with the debugger then I suggest you throw it away.

2 View the second part of the article to see what improvements were made.

i run it in Debug mode no error everything is good but sound not playing
second part of article just suggest to disable and enable player buttons!

Solution 3

your Windows edition if be N,KN they do not have media player installed
so media element not working.

this link help u install Media Feature Pack to solve it
