Client machine not open crystal report in my desktop application

I created my setup in VS2019 with 64bit. when i run it on client machine i facing this issue only with crystal report form only.

The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

What I have tried:

client system is also same configuration. everything is ok but only crystal report form not opens.it showing error above error. I installed crystal report run time version 13.0.26 on client machine and .net framework 4.7.2
