How do I send a key stroke?

I need a javascript file that when executed will be the same a pressing the Home key.

I will use it in a Photoshop action. When I am ready to despeckle an open photo, I zoom to 60% and then hit the Home key to go to the upper left corner of the image. I have code that will zoom me to 60%, but not for the Home key.

It can be a separate file that I will include in the PS action. Unfortunately, I don't know squat about writing the code. Can someone throw me a bone??
