GetProcessTimes[^] may help.

An article on CodeProject on how to use it:
GetProcessTimes[^]

This function doesn't return the CPU usage, it returns the time spent by a process. But you can easily deduct the CPU usage from it.

Solution 1

Study about Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) service. It will give you CPU usage and other system information.

It is generally not very easy to use WMI. I would suggest something simpler.
