Load all the Country Names of the World in DropDown

Use a text box and validate after. Drop downs are navigation nightmare when over 10 items or so. I live in New York and those silly state drop downs cause me to hit many more keystrokes than typing "NY". It is especially annoying when the "states" of New Brunswick and Newfoundland (sorry Canada)...
