Hi bluesathish,without the scriptmanager you cannot run a page with updatepanel.It will throw a run time error.

OP already have a scriptmanager .The problem is,instead of partial rendering, the page is loading fully during postback .Hope you understand.

Reset Ajax toolcontrol in Toolbox

It won't work and nothing wrong with loaddata method.First understand the issue.In switchcase, you are getting the value in DataReader you should change that to Dataset/DataTable

you can get street details using Geocoding API.Use reverse Geocoding process to get street address from lat & long.
