The problem in your code is, your code assigns same name for all controls. That is why, I'm suggested above method, now you can use some numbers with your control name like lblARPCOMMENTS_1 instead of using guid. just define an integer variable and concatenate it with control's name and increment it continuously. Use role based flags to show / hide forms. Just define a role (ex. Teacher) and store form details that you want to show for the teacher login. From the stored form details you can show / hide your forms.

Create a global property to hold download percentage value and just bind it to the content of labels on different window. Make sure that you have implemented INotifyPropertyChanged interface for download percentage property.
