I am also facing the same problem i changed from EncryptSensitiveWithUserKey to EncryptSensitiveWithPassword . and done the modification as you writtten above, but ended up with the following error.

Missing argument for option "decrypt".
The command line parameters are invalid. The step failed.

I suggest you to use the "Group by" container for all of your individual package.

And it seems there may be some exception cases(FileName) in your constraint that you have given to pass to next package(the one which is not executing), else it would have executed.

ur procedure works fine but not for my table because here am dynamically assigning the valu to the 'tot','avg','result' field using functions see my table defination as

if a=20;b=10;

b=(20+10)-(a=10);
b=(30)-(10) //here a has assigned value 10
b=20 //here b has assigned to 20
