you mean to say that,u have sended comma separated string to SP i.e '2,3,4,5' right
so you just take input param ID as varchar in SP and then update it.
like update temp set ID='2,3,4,5'

i think you have diffrent post for same villageID,
so create table for post and map all post to vilageID(in another table) in diffrent table and take common id(i.e. mapped ID) for that and compare your post in SP.

hello boss,i got solution,I have taken hidden field and call javascript in codebehind and in javascript taken confirnbox which return true when on and vice versa set some value ti hidden fld when true and check these hidden field value in codebehid and perform further activity,
