Thanks for your reply.
I'm using System.Windows.Control.RichtextBox control.
And I'm saving displayed data into the buffer.
On basis underline I have to add specific byte to the array.
Is it possible to read richtectbox displayed text character by character and their attributes.

Means when I clicked on panel and try to move it slowly then its working fine and when I'm trying to move it fast then cursor place and panel place are different.

I have listboxItem which is binded to Combobox.
ListItems Contain data like
Add
Edit
Remove
if I remove 'Add' from list...n insert 'ABC' then in current scenario it will show list in combobox like this

remove
ABC
It should be like this:
ABC

I think i got an error from following code...Is it possible if i pass blank string to .remove funcion it will thr' same error
String[] TimeArray = timezoneOffset.Split(':');
Int32 hrs = Convert.ToInt32(TimeArray[0].Remove(0, 1).ToString());
Int32 mins = Convert.ToInt32(TimeArray[1].ToString());

You are right.Here I declared picturebox click and double click events but when I single click on picturebox it works fine.But when i double click on picturebox it executes doubleclick event as well as click event.So I dont want to execute click event on double click of picture box.

Yes your past solution not worked..I tried many possibilities on it but not succeed.I am not able to post class over here.But I guess u got my problem? I want to just move panel over ImageHolder(not a drag and drop on it) and in above code I am setting imageHolder boundary for panel.
