Hi Griff,

Thank you for the sol, after hanging it brings up an error informing me that the "A device attached to the system is not functioning." Will try your sol and look in to the device.

Hi Alison, This code will be bring up a chat service pop when they select a value from the drop down list. this will automatically redirect them to the chat service. Thanks, Monde

Ok i removed the myemails and did it like this,string[] _line = values;
for (int ii = 0; ii < values.Length; ii++) but now it show the 7 rows which is still duplicate.
