For example U have 10 records in your table... 1,2,3,..10. if u deleted 7th record and u reset the IDENTITY as 7, then u can insert only one record with ID 7, after that u can't do any insert because already u have a record with ID 8. so u ll get error.

See If we will reset the IDENTITY value then, Duplicate will be enter in table right... so how PK will accept Duplicate values.. Eg : if already table have data with ID as 1,2,3.. 20, then if reset the IDENTITY values as 0, then next time while INSERT it will take as 1 right. then how we will insert Duplicate values in PK.?
