Many people have answered it. In fact I have a source code in C, I just cannot find the time to translate it into C#. As further details, I just want a basic framework that allows me certain freedom over the operative systems in such a way I can virtualize (kind of, but not Grid Computing) different servers over a Wan etc, etc..

Any way your comments were very appreciated.
