You dont need a separate code to check the checkbox. Thats the default behaviour and believe whenever you are checking it, because of the code above would trigger post checked event and thus value will toggle to 0 always.

Remove the above code and on page submit, loop through checkboxes and see if the value is found as expected or not. It should.

The error is clear again "'Data type mismatch in criteria expression.'". Copy the query you formed and run directly in your SQL - you will see same error. It must be because of some value you are trying to set must not be the same datatype as anticipated in the database column.

From security aspect as well as UTF8 supporting more, suggestion would be to use it. You can try and see if UTF8 works for your images and take specific calls.

The exit code of 0 means that the process has been executed and exited successfully. This means no error was encountered.

Did you debug and see that you hit the for loop? My guess is there is nothing in the lists variable to loop through.

What is the problem here? You have a defined data structure (I see a JSON and model object corresponding to it). Now you need to feed in the data from DB into it which would need code to:
1. retrieve all the data you want to use (from DB it wouldn't be nested - would be flat)

If it's an activity of monitoring, why is it a program? Make that itself as a windows service that runs on the system and capture the print activities and log it.

User is not even interacting with it and thus no need to worry about preventing closing of an app which is not good even if you achieve.
