Well, that link has your answer so why are you asking us for help if you've already seen that link? You have to use a combination of selectors and those are all the available selectors. Pick the right one.

1. If your console app works, you can use the Windows Task Scheduler to have it run even without someone logged in. That may be the easiest answer.
2. The correct answer is to rewrite this as a .Net app using all .Net code.
3. However, to focus on what you have here, if it only gets to point 7 that means that this line of code errors:
FileIO.WriteLog("Company Name : " & rs1.Fields("bedrnm").Value).

If the controller is not getting hit then just keep working backwards until you find the problem.
It may be that there is no control with id Nama_Rak. Or the url is bad. Use the developer tools to see what is going on. We can't do that for you.

You are confusing arrays and json. See https://www.w3schools.com/js/js_arrays.asp.

Put a breakpoint in your controller method to see if it is getting called.
SeeSharp2

Correct, you will have to post the relevant code for anyone to be able to help.
Also, check the console in your developer tools. You may be getting a javascript error which is preventing anything from getting called.

1. Reply to the comment so that the user will be notified.
2. When sending email you can specify the format to be html and then the user's email program should display the html.
3. I hate to say it but this project sounds like a complete waste of time. If one user makes a change you are going to pop up a window with all of the data and ask the user to email it to others? And then when the others get the email they have to go and make the same changes the first person made. Surely there has to be a better way for what you are doing.

There is not enough information here for us to tell you what is wrong. We do not know what the WHERE clause looks like in your SQL. We don't know what value is being passed and where. You have to do some troubleshooting to find out where it is breaking down and then you can fix it.
