I like the idea of reading members into a Dictionary.

LOCATION_CODE is not the same namespace. Constants is the namespace. But even if I type Constants.LOCATION_CODE (LOCATION_CODE does not appear in the menu to select it.
So I can't create an instance of the class because it does not appear to exist.

I do have one more question. Now you've probably answered in your previous explanation and It hasn't sunk in yet, but let me ask anyway.

In your example you are using PersonModel as your data collection correct? If so, since my data is imported into the ListView1(ModelsA) from a container (SelectedMembers) which actually came from a CSV file. When my form is loaded Listview1 is populated with data...now I will select data that I want moved to Listview2(ModelsB). Is my PersonModel (SelectedMembers) or ListView1?
I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

Your comments says theirs two different solutions. I'm not understanding as it appears that all three section of code is tied together. Also in your Xaml you use a ListBox I'm using a ListView. Is there a difference? I know your code is just and example for me, but I'm trying to see how I can apply it to what I'm trying to accomplish. Right now I'm still a little puzzled. But I'll keep at it...I do appreciate to taking the time.
