It's not ASP.NET MVC. It's WPF application. View Model in ASP.NET MVC and ViewModel in WPF, they are totally different things.

I want to use an expander in one column to expand/collapse the context in a textblock in another column. If the context in the textblock is too short, say only has one line, there is unnecessary to use the expander, so in that case, I don't want to show up the expander.

It is in the different column. Can we place the expander in a button?

Both CountryId and LanguageId are part of the model. I just don't know how put them in the razor code. I need code.

You misunderstood my question. To use Delete, we have @Html.ActionLink("Delete", "Delete", new { id=item.ID }).

But I can't see DeleteConfirmed word in html. The action method name should match with the word in html.
