much the same as being something like a HTTP reply that might look like

200 OK

encoding: gzip

I am asking about the protcol of the message and that has everything to do with programming

Read again because i am offering no reward or money and it is a programming question as to what protocol do i use.

I have released several programs here so asking for help should not upset anyone here
