i have tables like tbl_user_registration,tbl_payment_Master.
In tbl_user_registration table have two colmns like user_id(primary key),name
and tbl_payment_mater table have four colmns like payment_id(primary key)
,paid_date,premium_amount,user_id(foreign key referenced by tbl_user_registration ).

if i remove

this part from the query then it takes only fraction of seconds

I have use refiffmailpro.com so
client.Port = 587;
client.Host = "refiffmailpro.com";

in web config:
network host="smtp.rediffmailpro.com" port="587"

Thanks for your reply. If i have use the rediffpro domain so i define smtp client like as "smtp.rediffmailpro.com" instead of "domain.com" for outdoing mail. But I got the same error.
