I don't think so. (But then I judged it, so I wouldn't! )
It's either there because he works for the company and is pretending to be unbiased: it's a paid product so that makes it an advert, and thus spam.
Or, he doesn't work for the company but copied their website blurb and called it his own: which makes it plagiarism.
Either way, it's a capital offence
