It is not a one-to-one copy, but the paragraph starting with 'Thus, the principle of dependency inversion' is an exact copy from the other article ('Conclusion' in the pdf)...I'm sure if I go into serious research I will find the other sources too...

I am not sure, but wether your link is not right or there is a linking problem in the site.
Your "this" points to a draft version, when I try "work on it" to see the content, it goes to the contribution "Simple way to learn HTML5 & CSS3" which has not so much in common with the link of "html-forms"

Looks like he has deleted it when he spotted the "plagiarism" votes coming in.
Certainly the version I was moderating had large chunks copy'n'pasted from the HTML-forms page. Either that or a coincidence so extreme that he should definitely get a lottery ticket...

He knows our feelings on plagiarism - we know that from the last wave - and still feels happy to copy'n'paste assuming he won't get caught. I have to suspect that he has copied other stuff (and not just in this article)
Peter's comment that his "best article sept 2014" looks plagiarised does look justifiable to me. It has the same structure, with changes made to protect the guilty.
Personally? I think he is a serial plagiarist who is normally more careful to make sure we can't spot his thefts.
