Now i want that when a value is entered in textbox in child page and button is clicked then this value needs to be shown in the textbox inside gridview in parent page.

Swinkaran is correct, what UI are you using, gridview implies either ASP, WPF or Silverlight but you could be wanting details about a DatagridView in winforms. A little more info is required for us to help.
