Thank you Christian, it works perfect with KeyDown and e.KeyCode.
Here is the implementation :
private void listView1_KeyDown(object sender, KeyEventArgs e)
{
    if (listView1.SelectedItems.Count != 0 && e.KeyCode == Keys.Delete)
    {

        while (listView1.SelectedIndices.Count > 0)
        {
            listView1.Items.RemoveAt(listView1.SelectedIndices[0]);
        }
    }
}
