1) Extract the exe resource to memory.
2) Write it to the filesystem.
3) Call CreateProcess(). http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dllproc/base/createprocess.asp[^]
4) Optionally delete the exe from the filesystem after CreateProcess has been called.
