The only difference is (And @GregUtas if you could do this as well) that we now try to put the article and member name in the post header - censored as necessary, let's not do the spammers job for them - so that you don't need to open each message to see if the member you're reporting is already there.
Just makes life easier for everyone, so if you could join in with that, it'd help!

I think it is really in the limits, but I would say it is not spam.
Sure the article needs re-working and some (many) corrections. But I think the links are legitime to the content and not specially spammy.
