Experimenting with output using three different alternative ways of working
This post gives an example of three alternatives of working with the same group of people where everyone could do everything. The analogy given for the three ways are that of a massive construction site, a lean assembly line and finally that of a kindergarden class. The aim of this experiment was to see how output differs using the different ways of working. Listed at the end are a few key takeaways from the experiment that can be applied to the workplace.
