On a bad day, 3 computers are queued up... Seems I can't walk into a home nowadays without the obligatory "Would you mind having a quick look at my computer?"

So...if anti-virus companies added an anti-spyware module to their software, would the "service" calls stay the same, decrease, or increase?
I'd say so, though who knows by how much...
Most users don't understand the destinction between spyware and viruses. However, most have heard about anti-viruses and a good number of them understands that running an anti-virus program is a must.
