True. Yet the "monsoons" we get here are nothing like the long, dreary rainy days of my youth (in Massachusetts).
Plus, kids these days don't know how good they have it (tm) -- in the mid-80s I had to drive ten miles in a downpour to the local community college to use the computer lab (PDP-11).
