How many projects can a developer juggle in one hand because the other is tied behind his back? (That is what my year looks like)

currently i'm developing windows forms stuff, windows client. Well, i programm management software stuff and crappy Office addins in VB6, really boring...
But in mid yeah (start of 3 quarder), i may change the company and programm games for windows and mobile apps. Already did a intership in this company for a week and it was really cool

Not really - my software contains neither foodstuffs nor MFC classes - but I thought I'd get them out of the way early so we can all move on.
