but i have following error :

it is somehow related to Database Authentication, you haven't mention your web.config connection string, also which DBClient you are using Its SQL, MS ACCESS, MYSQL?

it's better first you check your connection string, also check if you are passing the DB UserName and Password or not to DB Authentication.
