Need help with peer to peer voice over WLAN

Hi everybody!

I am interested in creating a P2P voice over WLAN application (VOIP) on PDA wm6.5. It should be possible to talk on WLAN (no server), like Skype. I have a problem with class library (.NET) of window mobile, does it support VOIP, I can't find it?

Please help me with this problem, I am a student in Thailand.
