Not able to connect to the blutooth printer Windows phone 8.1 blank app

hi guys,

I have implemented two codes to connect to the Bluetooth printer, but it is not able to connect.

When I have searched on Stack I came an across same question, but there is no answer for that. http://stackoverflow.com/q/22723865/3877529[^]

I am getting access denied error every time. Capabilities are also on.

Could you please help me to solve this problem.
