Read data from Servlet and store in Ext JS grid using Json Object

I would to read data from a servlet and put this data into a grid,
In this reason, I create a servlet, and a JsonObject inside this servlet. then in the JS fil I use the JsonReader to read data from this servlet and put them into a grid, but in the rasult I have an empty grid.

Please suggest. I new to EXT JS. please help me.
