i never tried out coding it but when an advice for kick start.. thanks
because i want to make open source for media which support all type of video and audio file format, just like vlc, vlc have everything but want to program my own software which include vlc, video cutter, karaoke player or karaoke player builder, subtitle editor, audio mixture audio recorder... etc. i know it a very difficult task, but i just want to give it a try.. plz help.

To add something, you have to create something you can add. Even though VLC can be used for cutting, it is done in a command-line console-only mode, which is nothing like a video editor. If you have your own VCL version, where is it? :-)
If you don't have it but only want to make it, it's not clear what help would you need. I would not use VCL code at all, why?..

actually i want to make complete media player use source code of vlc because i m tried of downloading individual software like video cutter, bubbleupnp for streaming everywhere in device around home, if someone can provide me code for kickstart.. so can you please teach me here how to code. :-)

Sorry, both ways are not good to start, neither "providing some code", nor "teaching how to code". Such things are done on much simpler projects; and this forum is not a suitable place for that.
