exception regarding invalid win32 apllication

. "BADIMAGEFORMATEXCEPTION". is not a valid Win32 application. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700C1).

this exception occurs when i m trying to run my code. i m using visual studio 2005. i have included all namespaces required. but i m not able to include certain dlls i.e Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.DLL, Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3DX.DLL and Microsoft.DirectX.DLL .

plz help me out anyone

Is this a .Net app? What language? What platform (32 or 64-bit)? What OS? Without that info, we can't possibly help you.

It is .Net Application (Visual Studio 2008) in c# language.64 bit platform windows 7 os.
