Locking folder using bluetooth

Hello

I wish to design a locking system that will lock the a particular folder(DENY ACCESS TO IT)
I want to use a bluetooth device for this.
When I have my paired bluetooth phone with laptop the folder can be viewed or accessed,you can store files in it and access files from it.
But when the bluetooth enabled phone goes out of range that particular folder on the laptop will lock itself.
You wont be able to access it unless the phone comes back in range with the laptop.

How do I go about with locking and unlocking the folder ?
Is it possible to run a script which will lock the folder when the phone goes out of bluetooth proxmity ??
