Incremental Build in TFS based on latest changeset

I have TFS build server and seperate deployment server. As of now I deploy manually in my local and put the latest files in deployment server. I want to automate this process.
So i need a utility to move latest modified files & DLL to deployment folder based on latest change set. Please suggest me some approach or any predefined method available in TFS setting to do this.
