Suppose me as client...

I am trying to upload file on my system with button1 click and then on server on button2 click in asp.net with c-sharp and I also want to provide download option to myself if any file is uploaded by admin on server - please help me
To solve this problem, please-2 if anyone is ready to send me code for that send in simple and detail form please i am not smart as you I hope you under stand my question..thank's

Btw. "Give me code" and "it's urgent" or "please hurry" aren't going to work here. You have a question and if someone is in the mood to answer your question you will get one. If it's urgent go somewhere else...

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.
