I want to create an application for code execution visualization in C# or Java which will be similar as Online Python Tutor - http://www.pythontutor.com/ but I don't know from where to start, any ideas, tutorials about this kind of applications?

Go to http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/index.html[^] for Java. Download .NET Book Zero[^] for C#.

No, my question is not how to learn to programming, my question is how to find some examples, tutorials for programming desktop/web application where the user will be able to add a programming code and can see how is executing the code, the execution of code should be represented with some charts, images etc.

Then you should be searching the CodeProject Articles section, and using Google and Bing for more general searches.
