Why would you want to? You are trying to shoe-horn a new technology into an obsolete one. Why not just try to load the DLL in QBasic? (That's a joke by the way, don't do that).

Why don't you just use VB.NET to do whatever it is you are trying to do?

That problem is not a Joby, my company needs add a DLL bulding in .NET Framework 4.5 to Visual Basic 6.0 application that we used, is most expensive migrate that application to Visual Studio 2012 than add a simply DLL.
