PHP or ASP.Net for enterprise

I am going to start my new development in the enterprise region so I like to ask the Codeproject users and exports of Codeproject to give a answer for this question that will be easier in handling following features,
*Sitemap
*Administrator
*Image handling
*CMS
*extra features... like this ...

If that ASP.Net is suggested then which Visual Studio is best to Create and handle...

Everyone will have their own opinion, often based on what they have used the most. I prefer ASP.Net for that very reason. :)

Easier, best, etc are all words that are subjective. You may want to start a discussion in one of the forums instead since this isn't really a quick answer type of question.
