Wordpress sidebar shows faulty count in parenthesis

Problem is that my categories in sidebar are showing wrong count of posts in parenthesis....EX--like if baby is one category so it is showing like BABY(135) but i dnt have 135 posts so pls help guys i need this urgently!!
