My sever plugin For TFS 2010 Crashes

i have server plugin for TSF 2010
Sends an email when new Work Item Is been Created
probolem is it crashes Sometimes.
when i cut it and paste it again in TFS Plugin Folder
it works Perfectly but then after some time it crashes.
Then i have to repeat above steps.
what can i do for this problem?
